Job Description
Padel coaches required for padel clubs in Lithuania and Latvia. Working hours 35-40 per week. Monthly aid for coach to pay rent and in some cases club will provide full accomodation, depending on coach skills and on which country and padel club the coach will end up working. Salary will depend also on which country and on the qualifications and experience of the coach. We have currently positions in these 2 countries.

Respective padel coach qualifications required and social skills are important to develop a good communication with all the club´s staff.
Benefits
– Salary 2500-4500€ (depending if work in Latvia or Lithuania. In one of these countries padel is more consolidated therefore salary can be higher. The other country it is still in development phase but with big potential to consolidate in the next years to come) – Accomodation provided or monthly aid for paying rent (each case is different.
